History

Restoration Community Alliance (RCA) is a nonprofit organization managed by Bradley and Associates, LLC. Its Principal, Cherryl Bradley, reorganized the enterprise in 2015, and expanded its management consultant services. Restoration Community Alliance is a trusted safe haven organization by many government and nonprofit entities, and the people it serves throughout the nation’s capital. Under the direction of Cherryl Bradley, the organization is equipped to manage many government and nongovernment contracts under the authority of the National Institute of Government Purchasing.  

The organization provides rapid housing services, youth employment development and transitional housing, non-medical case management, mental health rehabilitation, youth transitional housing, homeless residential monitoring and other services. The organization has the capabilities to support contracts in the following areas

Prior to forming the organization, Cherryl Bradley, Principal, Bradley and Associates, LLC, worked in the education and safety sectors. She served as a leading Special Education Practitioner in the District of Columbia Public Schools Office of Special Education, as well as the Prince George’s County Public Schools System in Maryland, and the District of Columbia Fire Department.  

Ms. Bradley has spent over 20 years researching urban markets where she has become an expert in navigating the special education, behavioral health, and the human services industries. She has a passion for improving transition outcomes for vulnerable and at-risk residents, focusing on health, education, independence, productivity, and increased quality of life. She continues to focus intently on providing efficient readiness services to individuals in underserved communities.  

In her prior roles, Ms. Bradley developed comprehensive educationbehavioral intervention, and transitional programs. During her tenure in the public school systems, she single-handedly reformed 90 percent of the secondary level mild-to-moderate special education programs from 2008-2012. Ms. Bradley attributes this success to her strong training in Strategic Integration Models and Curriculum Based Management. 

Following a rewarding career in education, Ms. Bradley parlayed her love for community and individuals into the creation of Bradley and Associates, LLC and Restoration Community Alliance. She uses an innovative multi-tier disciplinary approach to design and implement meaningful solutions for those receiving service
