Homeless Residential Monitoring Services
- Assistance and intervention are provided to individuals who will not require ongoing supports to exit homelessness and return to permanent housing. Every effort is made to tailor housing and other services to the unique needs of the individuals we serve. We offer rapid re-housing without preconditions or prejudice, and help individuals experiencing homelessness address issues that may impede access to housing and enhanced quality of life. Housing stability is monitored and our staff is available to resolve crises. We provide or assist with connections to resources that help participants improve their safety and well-being and achieve their long-term goals. All services provided are client-centered, respectful of individuals’ rights to self-determination, and voluntary.
- Services are provided to individuals ages 14-18 to encourage young people to find and retain employment. Individual and group sessions provide an opportunity for youth to work one-on-one with staff to develop pre-employment skills such as résumé development, job search, and interview preparation. In addition to individual sessions, presentations are conducted with community groups and class held on a case-by-case basis. Our staff will work with students on a variety of employment skills including soft skills, time management, stress management, communication skills, teamwork, budgeting, and leadership.
- Advice and assitance are offered to adults in obtaining select social, community, legal, financial, and other needed services. Additionally, benefits counseling and referral assistance are provided to eligible adults to help them obtain access to public and private programs.
- Youth and adults are assisted to develop and execute individual behavior health plans to build on each individual’s strengths and to decrease negative behaviors.
